APC power pack alternative?

buy.com is doing a sale on a device called the "Xpal 88043 Harry II". It appears to be rechargable battery backup for use with usb devices. I don't have a passthrough, so I'm not sure if I'm just barking up the wrong tree with this. Either way, they're on sale cheap right now: 20 US dollars shipped. I appears to be fairly small, so maybe this will be a bit handier than the APC for lighter vapers.

Can't seem to find any specs on this one on power output. I am currently testing a similar one from Duracell which I can say is working great. It needs to output 5 volts at 1000mah to work. The one I'm using I just found at Tiger Direct for $19.99 also. I got mine from Walmart for $29. I found specs on this thing, but I'm short on time and can't check to see if it's strong enough to effectively power an atomizer.

This thing is small! I hope it's strong enough because if it is I'll be getting one myself and building a passthrough.

Illuminus--the output of the USB is MAX 500mA--you need an output of 1000mA or 1 Amp--so it is not viable---Sun

That stinks. They do make more models, but they're expensive. They have some that can output up to 2500 mA, but none are for sale cheap like that specific model.
