Well, I placed an order with Apollo E-Cigs for 3 10ml bottles of their e-juice as I heard it was pretty good stuff. Well, I placed the order on a Wednesday morning. That following Sunday afternoon (4 days later) they send me an email saying the payment type was not included with the order and I needed to provide them with payment information. (When I placed the order on Wednesday, their system timed-out while payment process was being submitted. So, I reloaded the page and provided the payment information AGAIN, and it went through without a problem.). When I contacted Apollo back to provide the info, I asked why it took 4 days for them to find that they payment info wasn't their or messed up. They replied that it took them 4 days to review the order before they realized it. ok, so I provide them with the info they requested, and they said it would be shipped out the next day. I go back to thier sit eon Tuesday and it says my order had been shipped. Friday comes and no order. (it is now 10 days since I placed the order) I do the internet chat with Apollo and ask them where my order is, they state to me that it hadn't been shipped yet, and that they called me to tell me that one of the flavors I ordered wasn't in stock, and that I needed to choose a different flavor. I state that I had not received a phone call from them. Turns out, they had my phone number backwards. I change the flavor and they state that it would go out that day. I called Saturday and the order still hadn't shipped. I ask if they can upgrade my shipping at no added cost so that I can get the order by early next week. They stated that they would have to talk with the shipping manager, but she doesn't work weekends. I then told them to cancel my order cause I have had enough.
Now, through this whole process, all I asked them for was to upgrade m eto a faster shipping type than what I originally chose so that I could get the e-juice as fast as possible. Not once was this entertained, nor was any other type of "we are sorry for screwing up" offer made. Through this whole ordeal, they made me feel like I was the bad guy and the reason why the order was delayed 10 days.
I used to recommend Apollo to friends and family, but no longer. I feel their customer service is a joke and they seem like they can't get out of their own way. I guess you have to order over $100 in merchandise from them to get their top-notch customer service. You place a small order and you are put at the bottom of the list.
Anyone else habe a bad experience with Apollo customer service or getting an order from them?
