I haven't seen my shipment, but I feel bad for Jeff, I'm definately willing to wait on my items, probably one part is keeping it held up, I have a spare unit I use in the meantime, hopefully his parent company isn't screwing him up to hard, I understand there are only so many emails he can answer in a day, and even if people say they'd be ok with a short two line email, I can see everyone getting more ...... off and a two line blow off email of "we're swamped". We all know he's having a bit of issues, hell all the carriers are with some shipments not coming thru customs, and with the explosion of how popular these things have gotten.

Jeff good luck getting it all sorted out, if there is anything someone out here in Cali can do for you, let me know.

Although I would have preferred a response to my email, even a simple address on the web site or a post in these forums to the effect of "I'm sorry communication has been poor as of late, I'm really swamped and lots of stuff is on back-order" would have been nice. I'm patient, if it seems my patience has a point.

I finally got a response back to Jeff last night. It did take 3 days of me emailing him everyday asking what is going on with my order. He was actually VERY nice and seemed to do anything to make me happy. It was a very detailed email that explained everything going on. I will give him another shot, I guess I have to if I want to get parts for the Dura-C i ordered. All in all, communication was poor but I think he's going to make up for it. Just wanted to let everyone know.

Hell, I can walk to get mine and I still don't have it! Everyday there's a new excuse and it changes nothing. Now the website's being attacked? Go on, pull the other one! Please...the only one I haven't seen is the dog ate my shipment!!

You will be treated well at Vapornine, Vaporguys or CigTechs. They all have the penstyle and all have great customer service/products.


BTW - Vaporguys has a 15% coupon code if you subscribe to their RS feed which is on their website.

BTW2 - Ecigmall.com has an AWESOME Penstyle that has a manual or auto switch and usb pass through. It is basically a copy of the Extended Kissbox.

Wow, those people at CigTechs are fast. Really fast. I ordered a penstyle from them to get me through until Janty gets my Dura C to me. I placed the order this morning, it was shipped by early this afternoon and it looks like they might have included an extra bottle of choconut juice free of charge? Too bad they were out of extra atomizers.

I'll chime in. Ordered Dura-c on 3/9, after 3 emails they finally acknowledged my order as received but no word on shipping order out. Ordered a m401 from China on 3/12 and have already received order without any problems. Chinese service is good, Janty took my money from Paypal right away and now it's a song and no dance.......Alot of people on the forum saying Janty is good, cut 'em a break, Jeff's a stand up guy. But I think it stinks. It would have been preferable to just admit there's no stock, check back later. Not the American way to do business.

Chinese service is good yes but...
If you are only ordering a few items that is a whole different kettle of fish to importing container loads of stuff.

Apparently there is a problem in HK they are not letting the chinese ship e-cigs out of HK and as most of them take this route it could account for the hold up.

DHL is refusing to ship stuff to the UK from China I dont know who Janty use or if that is the problem in the US.

But it is worth considering.

They did originally say the Dura C would be released at the End of Mar.
What made them suddenly start selling it early when it was not in stock ?.

Customer service is important but if each of your customers sends you 3 - 6 emails it kind of slooows the communication process down.

If you are really not happy ask for a refund .

If you want it wait.

I hope you get your goodies soon.

I wanted to see if he would acknowledge the fact that this wasn't a dura order, that there were other items that he didn't tell me were out of stock. Below is his answer, very generic, I don't think he read it but heck, at least I know he's alive and I have some sort of date/answer. This will more than likely be the last purchase from janty until jeff can get the parent company to help or get some help here in the states.

It's a cut and paste, and honestly about what I'd expect (if I really expected anything) by now. I got just about the same response for a Kissbox manual switch and USB pass-through. It doesn't seem to matter what you ordered.

[edit] yeah, bulk email is more likely.

Well at least there was actually some communication, thats a step up! I actually didn't have problems with one of my orders earlier this month, but I am still waiting on my Dura-C as well.

I just think the silly thing about this whole problem is it could have been solved by posting information on this forum with updates on the situation. Nothing makes people feel more powerless then the lack of information or communication.
