Inventory is one thing, but customer service should never be out-of-stock.

I would complain...but all of the suppliers are having issues right now. All of them.

Puresmoker (and a few others) won't sell it unless they have it. So, you have to wait until they have it and hope you get in line quick enough. (Think Wii!)

Janty (and just about all others) will sell it without having it. So you have to wait to get it.(Think pre-order.)

It's a tossup on which bad situation to choose from right now.

If you are interested in the KB Classic a great alternantive is the Manual / Auto Penstyle by David Yang, which can be purchased in the US from ecigmall.com and it is only $85, which includes the usb pass through. I think it's an excellent product for the money!

Cool thanks a lot, I am a big fan of the 801 Penstyles but while PS is down I am making some orders because I will be out of juice in about 10 days, this is exactly what I was looking for.

I got the same reply as Mindtwist, that was yesterday. My order was on march 5th for 1 dura atomizer. Two weeks tomorrow and the damn thing isn't even in the suppliers hand yet. Maybe not even in the US yet. I was hoping that my order would be shipped to me tomorrow. Yeah, right.
I see that the site is still taking orders for them, though.

In all fairness, I did get an email about a week ago offering a refund. I'm gonna ride it out to see what happens.

Wow, those people at CigTechs are fast. Really fast. I ordered a penstyle from them to get me through until Janty gets my Dura C to me. I placed the order this morning, it was shipped by early this afternoon and it looks like they might have included an extra bottle of choconut juice free of charge? Too bad they were out of extra atomizers.

He emailed me on the 17 saying :

"Sorry for the delay getting back to you. We been faced with promises of delivery that just keep going. The good news is that we have a guaranteed delivery date of tomorrow for our shipment. As soon as we unpack these boxes we will be shipping your order right away. We have hundreds of orders awaiting shipment and I really apologize for the delay. This is not standard operating procedure for our company. We were promised delivery times that were not fulfilled as promised.

Again, I am really sorry for the delay. We'll do everything we can to regain your trust in Janty and provide you with better service down the road.

Because of the HK dilemma Janty is having shipping problems.
It's out of their hands, there's nothing they can do about it.

Puresmoker, Jane, SMILIN and other companies are having the same problems.
We know where the problem lays.

Even Ludo wrote yesterday that we better stock up.
That means more problems in the future.

It's not Jeff's fault that the orders are not being mailed to our house.

I was needing to know if this has shipped yet. I had expected it for Christmas hence the priority shipping, but as of yet it has not arrived and I have not received anything stating it has even shipped. I would like an update on it's status. Thank you.

Can you verify your shipping address? Its already too late to make it for Christmas. It may have been lost. What I will do now is try to verify your address and try to make a new shipment. I am not sure how many we have in stock but if I cannot reship you I will refund your money back.

Emailed 12/26 with my addy saying ship if you've got it, refund if you don't. No response. No refund. And for those who don't know, since I used Paypal, he had my verified shipping address already at hand.

Terrible customer service from these guys.

Was told my order would ship on three separate occasions, still no order.

My biggest problem is that you have to go chasing these folks down just to find out that your order hasn't shipped.

I understand supply problems, but if you tell a customer their order will ship on a certain day and it DOESN'T, then CONTACT them and let them know!

I agree that informing customers, whether individually by email, or by providing stock/shipment updates on a forum like this goes miles toward satisfying our need to know what is going on. That is really the one weak spot I have noticed from JantyUSA.

Most of our suppliers frequently are out of stock, likely very small (probably have just a few people running the business), support our community, sponsor this (and other forums) and really care about what we need and want. Some suppliers do a better job of engaging us individually or as a group through active participation in this forum. I would like to see JantyUSA be in this group of suppliers.

I traded emails with Jeff from JantyUSA today and got an informative glimpse of some of the supply problems he has been having. The whole Dura battery catastrophe was pretty nasty from what I have read. Add to that a huge volume of emails and a number of irate customers waging PayPal disputes with him for various reasons, and, I think, he is a little freaked out. Like other suppliers, JantyUSA is held captive by the manufacturers, customs, etc. I believe Jeff will satisfy all of his commitments to the vaping community as quickly as he can. I am certain of that.

Janty, the company (whoever or wherever they are), has a big black eye right now. The Dura battery thing, growing complaints about the Dura C from early adopters, Kissbox reliability issues, and mediocre early reviews of the Mini Fogger, all point to reliability issues similar to what we see with other devices, but at a premium price. If we pay a premium, we expect superior performance, reliability and innovation. Janty is going to have to work on the above mentioned issues if it expects to remain a big player in electronic vaporization devices.
