after I'd posted here. And of course the response was, "stock's not here, was supposed to be, didn't show up, should be here Monday (3/16) and we'll ship it out right away".
Well, Monday has come and gone - a week ago- and still no word.
This is unacceptable e-commerce practice and my email to him yesterday was short and sweet - "enough is enough, sorry about your troubles, but refund my money immediately". I'll give him until tomorrow before I file a dispute with PP.
About 9 last night I ordered a starter kit and some
juice from e-SmokeyTreats and today received shipping confirmation.
That is how e-commerce is supposed to happen.
