Wow, seems I touched a nerve here. Apparently I'm not even close to being unique in the problems I'm having with Janty.
I did receive a response from Jeff... after I'd posted here. And of course the response was, "stock's not here, was supposed to be, didn't show up, should be here Monday (3/16) and we'll ship it out right away".
Well, Monday has come and gone - a week ago- and still no word.
This is unacceptable e-commerce practice and my email to him yesterday was short and sweet - "enough is enough, sorry about your troubles, but refund my money immediately". I'll give him until tomorrow before I file a dispute with PP.
About 9 last night I ordered a starter kit and some juice from e-SmokeyTreats and today received shipping confirmation.
That is how e-commerce is supposed to happen.

Same thing happened to me. Ludo at JantyShop.com said Jeff would contact me yesterday, did not hear from him yet. Maybe they have some problems. The web site is blurry and says they will be back on March 26th. I di receive a shipping notice from PayPal, so I guess they are working on orders. I hate when they say will ship in so many days and they don't ship until a couple of days after you place an order. I paid for 2nd day shipping to Johnson Creek for juice and they didn't ship until a couple of days later.

Well, I did get a refund from Jeff - after I posted here. I'll let you reach your own conclusions about that.

I will take this opportunity to thank Phil at e-Smokey Treats for his prompt service and excellent communication. I received my order complete (2 901's and some extra carts and juice) on 3/26 - 2 days after I ordered it. A much better shopping experience.

Everything is in good working order and I am happily vaping away. Now I need to get some tasteless 24mg, PG, flavors and a USB pass-thru!

You may want to check your spam folder as your order shipped on May 12th and tracking info was emailed to that address. Your order looks like it will be delivered today. I am attaching the tracking information to this dispute so that it can be handled properly. We'd greatly appreciate you removing this dispute and amending some of the comments you've made about our business.

I received a call from Jeff concerning my post to this board.

In summary, he was quite mad. and basically blamed me for the problems i had and demanded I retract this information from this board and threatened me with moderation of this account if i did not.

When i told him i did not think that was appropriate, he started yelling and cursing at me. That's some great customer service Jeff!

We apparently tracked the problem down to me not receiving my shipping email. They did ship when they were suppose to. Although Jeff tried to blame this issue on my spam filter (I got all other messages from him...Hmmm), I believe it is on his end.

As for me not receiving responses in a reasonable time to my requests to get a status on my order, Jeff blamed this on the fact that he gets so many emails he cannot respond for several days. I think this is just a cop out and is due to his failure to create a email system that will keep up with the amount of emails he is receiving.

I have my own business as well. WITHIN REASON, THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT EVEN WHEN THEY ARE WRONG. When a problem happens to a customer, regardless of how it happened, i apologize and try to do something extra to make it right. I'm sorry it seems Jeff has forgotten this basic concept.

wow, you had to wait a couple days? oh noes. I ordered on the 7th and got my order today. THANK YOU JEFF!!! I'll be coming to you for the dura-c I am sure i'll be ordering soon enough. It took longer than i wanted (cause i'm a "i want it now" kind of guy) but much better than could be expected of most online merchants. A+ in my experience.

This doesn't seem quite fair of you to post all this. You are talking about a problem that that has been resolved in just 3 days or so-- how can you even say there is a problem? You bought the item, he sent an email, you didn't get it because some things DO get lost in cyberspace, and he MAILED the items-- ON TIME!!!

How can you criticize him for this? Some criticism is worthwhile and needed, but you seem to just want to add fuel to the fire for no reason. You THOUGHT you had a problem, but you really didn't. You're acting like you did, though, and you're acting really unreasonably, imo.

You sound as if being "right" and validated is more important than being fair. I don't think you sound like a nice person at all, cd.

cdexpert, are you just a miserable person or what. You ordered, your product was shipped and you have received it within 3 days, thats AWESOME. Its crap like this stupid complaining that makes the forum a miserable place sometimes. May your batteries and attys all go dead at the same time.

I am waiting two weeks, then I am going to place an order for the Dura C. I ordered the Kissbox, and love it.
