I occasionally find "sprinkles" on the seat and the floor. Odd thing is I'm the only guy at work, and it's NOT me doing it. The "ladies" will use the men's loo if it's unoccupied.

If you go in the men's room after this guy, the toilet has urine dripping off it on all sides and there is literally urine flowing from the toilet across the floor to the drain. Drives me insane because we can't quite confirm who's doing it. If you don't need to sit for what you're about to do, then use the friggin' urinal anyway!
Where I work we have many from south of the border, they did not flush the used paper but piled it up beside the toilet. After many group meetings we finally had to threaten their employment here to get them to flush it. I wonder what they did at home??
OMG The packing plant I used to work at, same thing. And yes, they do the same thing at home, most of them at least have a garbage can there to hold it all in their home bathrooms. The standing on the seats was weird too.
