Just a drive by to get caught up on the threads before I load the laptop into the car. Headed back to my apt in CFL today. Dad is home from surgery and doing fine. A little sore, but resting okay.

LOL...I noticed a big billboard sign in central Florida posting about being affected by TS Debby and contacting FEMA. I am going .... huh? .. I never even heard of Debby and I live 10 miles away!!!!! Couldn't possibly have affected anyone anywhere around here and yet FEMA is advertising???? It is way over the top......

And BTW....I love hurricanes so I follow their development and paths very closely.....So why did I never hear of Debby???

Lost everything in Katrina and Allstate ripped me off badly.
Hoping the CEO of Allstate faces his own disaster, then I'll throw a party...........seriously they suck!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's what I mean.....The people who really NEED the help get nothing. It is the scammers who end up with the $$$$....then the insurers say....sorry no can do to pay you people that really lost everything! Heck, people in Miami filed claims for hurricanes that NEVER affected them! Here is the link:

Then.....Allstate cancelled our insurance and quit writing certain policies in the State....I had to scramble and pay 3 times more for insurance after having been with Allstate for almost 30 years!

Yeah, I payed Allstate faithfully for close to thirty years, then when I needed them, as we lost everything and were sleeping in our truck, they screwed us royal.
I literally HATE Allstate.
