It's been pouring the rain here today. Deluge, pause, deluge, pause... at least the temperature is down. 
Too bad the humidity is so freakin' high. 
Still have to run the AC to remove the moisture. Wish our central air had an independent 'dehumidifier' function. Just need some Engineering/Marketing genius to come up with a retrofit device & make a boat load of money.

Gonna try to do my last mow of the year after this crappy football game is done. Haven't mowed since mid-July.

I wish you could get the relief I received from mine! I hope your getting help in some way for the pain.
One would think with all the modern technology people should not need to suffer anymore!
Normally I'd have mowed a couple times by now and might have one more, but it hasn't really rained since July so nothing is growing. If it starts raining now it still won't grow up enough to need mowing before winter. It's all dead and dormant now... except over the top end of the septic drainfield, of course. We don't water lawns around here. Just let'em die!

I couldn't imagine it not working! That sounds like a horror story.
