Good to see it picked up a little around here :)

Sorry I've been a little absent, haven't spent a whole lot of time online.
Done a lot of cleanup and some packing around the house, kicked out the BF, took my numb arm to the doctor and am waiting on more doctors.... I seem to have ulnar nerve entrapment, it's annoying! but they want to test (electrocute) my arm to make sure and to determine where exactly along the line it got pinched.. i figure from right about where the numbness starts, but you know doctors, they like money, so I need more tests LOL Now if only I could find someone to adopt me and provide me with some health insurance this would all be a lot more fun :D

When picking up items and carrying them, do so palm to face, not back-hand to face. Massage your own forearms and find where the tightest muscles are and slowly start breaking them down by repeatedly Massaging. Use a heating pad or soak in a hot tub of water, and after you are good and relaxed work on the problem areas more...and remember to always stretch your forearms. It is better to stretch for short periods of time...it has been shown that if you stretch for extended periods of time each time, you can actually make it worse! I would be 1000 times worse off if I had not developed a regimen years ago!

Thank you!
Better advise than the doc gave! he said "you can take some ibuprofen, should be a few weeks before you can get in to see the neurologist, then maybe a few more weeks before I see you again with test results. K, thanks, bye"
I've been avoiding any heavy lifting and trying not to lean on things with that elbow/arm. I'll try the stretching and massage too :)
