That's awesome! At a call center I worked at once, I was always getting fussed at for taking too long with the customer. They said.......we're customer relations, not customer service, just answer the question and get off the phone. I told em, sorry I can't do that, if you don't service the customer, pretty soon, you won't have any customers to relate to!
