Have you considered visiting a chiropractor? I've been plagued with back issues since I twisted mine at 15 (36 now) ... and in just a couple of weeks, most of my major pain points have already started to hurt less.

Sorry Hawkeye, I just saw this! I would like to go and see if it helps the current issues, haven't been able to as of yet for financial reasons. It's been about 14 years since I've been wow didn't realize it had been that long till I had to write it down LOL
