I didn't really start counting until I quit sticking those things in my face. But it's up to you. Any reduction is a good thing!

Ya my siggy has my quit date in there so I don't forget. I started the counter about an hour after I filled my last pack of analogs with water so I wouldn't be tempted.

Oh btw I had to send a pic of you saying jelly to my wife. Her and my sister have been saying it NONSTOP for the last month and she's a huge hello kitty fan so I just had to snp a pic of you saying it with your avatar in it. She laughed a lot :D

I'm sorry to hear about your father, but glad they were able to spot the underlying problems in his lungs. How is he doing these days since the surgery?

That was back in 95, I am sorry to say he did pass from a major heart attack in 96, after having triple bypass. I am glad tho they where able to find the cancer and get rid of it, so his last days where not stuck dealing with chemo and other cancer treatments. He passed away at home doing what he loved doing. My personal feeling is, after mom passed away he just didn't see the need to keep going, they had been married for 40 years, and she had passed 4 months before he did.

I'm very sorry to hear about your friend :(

I think the worst is when you are explaing vaping to a smoker, and they come at you with the misinformation of "Isn't it worse for you?"

I hate that there is bad info out there dissauding people from being healthier...
a few days back had some news of an old friend who has been given the news of lung and bone cancer i find this unfair and very sad yes she is/was a smoker its so very annoying that the powers that be cannot see the benifits of e-cigs through the forest of greed and mis-information
things like this only make me more determined to inform and where ever possible convert
4 down so far quite a few million to go :)
i think an awful lot of smokers want to quit but have not yet made the connection to e-cigs if it was put in the media big time im sure the e-cig would be the norm and analogs would be the minority
i can but hope :vapor:

I've got 4 girls, aged 26 to 10. I have been immersed in Hello Kitty for almost a quarter century. Badtz Maru is my personal fave. He's got that punk rock attitude and he flies around in spaceships, how can that be wrong? :D

I am sorry I had no idea. I didn't mean to bring it up. :( I'm glad he got to spend the rest of his life in more comfort than if they hadn't found the cancer. It is nice that they both got to stay together for so long. Both of my grandmothers have outlived my grandfathers for years. Its really hard on them.

Haha I may have to look into this Badtz, it may bring some black into my entirely PINK house. My wife is real girly and we have one daughter, plus my sister, so basically 25, 15, and 6-month girls in my house. Lots of pink, I need to make a stand!!

i think of smoking almost as an entity i have lived with for many a year but now its become the enemy and theres a constant battle im currently winning with the new wepon in my arsenal the tactical nuclear PV
this has devistated the enemy but like real life you have to be on guard theres been a few battles ive come out of by the skin of my teeth nearly caved in but just made it past the urge
any one who takes up the fight deserves an award and if you loose the battle you havent lost the war just keep fighting :)

It's ok, mom passed a couple weeks before I turned 25 dad shortly there after. Yeah I do miss them, but with everything they had been through and all of mom's medical problems, I do feel they are better off. My mother had a very aggressive form of MS, it was very hard on all of us.
