Thanks for being honest. Sometimes I feel like such a failure because I have not been able to get completely off cigarettes. I do smoke a LOT less than I did and I hope one day to be totally free of tobacco....but it hasn't happened yet. That is one of the reasons I gave up before, I thought I couldn't do it. I never went back to the two plus PAD, kept it at one....now I just need to keep on keeping on! It is encouraging to know that others have a hard time too and that there is still hope to be free of tobacco.

Don't ever feel like a failure frankie. I think that because we are on ECF there is a certain amount of pressure to be cig free. Yet, I have seen very few people give nothing but encouragement so I think we put that pressure upon ourselves. I've never been ashamed to say I still smoke. Disappointed but not ashamed. I've cut down a lot so to me, that is a victory in and of itself. I do want to quit and hopefully I will but as I said, I struggle. Nor are we the only one's frankie. So don't ever get down on yourself. It will come. Or maybe it won't. But one pack is better than two and you have to keep those victories in mind.

I would like to add that sometimes messing with defective e-cig stuff frustrates me so much I go have a cig. lol

Nacny, thanks for the encouragement. =)

It is very frustrating when something doesn't work right, is one reason I am so glad I found the vivi nova. While not everyone may like it, it has been the best choice for me on the frustration scale.

Hey, to frankie and sky. Have you tried the WTA? That Jerry @ Aroma helped me along the way, he has alot of knowledge. I'm probably preaching to the choire but just thought I'd ask if you tried this as it really worked for me and I'm a skeptic and a 40 plus year smoker and about 5 months smoke free. Vapping is the only thing that has ever worked for me. I still use the WTA but as an additive to other juices. So if I get the urge I add some. Hope this helps as I really feel for you cause I can more than relate. I know ot's asy to say but don't get down on yourself, don't worry about it and know that vape is better. I mean it really is, it seems way better than any analog I ever had.

DO IT!!!!!!!! Try it you'll like it
I am one of those that still struggle. I have learned equipment makes a huge difference but I do still struggle. Meaning I still smoke. Nothing close to what I used to but I still do. Maybe one of these days I can try some of that WTA to see if makes a difference.

I think that is a lot of what kept me smoking for so long! I'd get so mad at stuff not functioning, just toss everything aside and have a cig.
After a long while of being frustrated, I found it usually wasn't the big battery mods or the atty's that gave me the most problems, so I started trying dripping when I hit my frustration point. I'd slap an atty on the 5v and drip some 30mg nic juice.. Have a moment of nic coma and then back to fixing whatever the heck was giving me problems. After trying that I was smoking a lot less, but still took a while before I completely quit.
