Ehh, Subway isn't that bad. And I did eat well while they were here. Too well according to my bank account. But I now know of an amazing dipping sauce for sweet potato fries.

Honey
all to taste.
Beat in a mixer until light and fluffy. Been told it also goes well on bagels. I will be breaking out the kitchen aid on my days off this week.
