Aqua V2 issue:
IMG_20150221_152745.jpg
I find some juice in the blue circle area and the air hole, and I am not sure if this is leaking or not (as I have heard, Aqua V2 was 100% leak proof).
For the juice in the blue circle, can that be because of the o ring inside (too small, too thin, or something like that)?
For the air hole, did I put too little cotton in my build?
Or is there any other reason causing my issue?

Thanks.

I had only 1 leaking issue, and that was because, after refilling, as I was attaching the base one of the wicks from 1 channel became dislodged. Lost a whole tankful of liquid in my pocket :(

But it was user error.

The nice thing about the Aqua V2 and clones is that you can work on your build and not worry about emptying the tank. Also, check to make certain your O-rings are in place.

Just tried the vacuum check and found something strange..

The bottom o ring seems fine.
But the top o ring (sealing the junction of the plastic tank and the chimney) seems not doing its job properly.

Since the top o ring has nothing to do with the leaking (at least according to its placement), will that be the cause of my leaking problem?

Now, I am wonder if my Aqua V2 is a defected one or not....

First, I adjusted the o ring and the problem was still there.
Second, I replaced the o ring and the problem was still there.
Then I cleaned the entire chimney and tank, tested with both o rings, and the problem was still there...

Finally, I unscrew/loosen up the top part of the chimney by just a little (not tighten up now, see picture below, the blue circle).
Now I can suck no air from the tank when it is sealed.
Will I have some other problems/issues if I build/connect the tank in this way?

Not as loosen up as the picture, just to demonstrate what I have done.

Single Coil. I am having the same issue.

Anybody knows where I can by extra o-rings? or what size they are?

The oring store (online) or oringsand more. Metric buna is what you want.

As to the size, best to measure the groove on the atty they sit in with vernier calipers. You will also need to measure the thickness of the o ring. Usually they are 1mm, but may be 1.5, 2 or something else.

Outer -19mm Inner - 17.5mm ???

1.5mm thick

No, its 1.5mm thick on each side so then the inner diameter would be 16mm.

Look at this image, the inside diameter. You can see you need to subtract the o ring thickness from both sides.

So 19 - 1.5 - 1.5 = 16
