Dems. Call the vendor back. Speak to the owner. Demand a replacement or you'll issue a charge back.
No need for that!!!

I think I talked to someone new or maybe just want sure what to do...I don't even know.

Anyways, Robbie (nice guy, works at LV) called me and told me to go ahead and mail it back and a replacement would be out the door as soon as it arrives. Apologized for any initial confusion and now I'm smiling again (I'm always smiling to be fair...just not always on the inside *tear* lol).

All jokes aside, definitely happy to hear back with the good news, and thanks for all the replies everyone.

Bummer I won't be able to enjoy it today, but I know it won't be much longer. Playing with the SXmini will tide me over in the meantime.

Yeah, that's been my experience the couple other times I received vape products with manufacturer defects. I was definitely surprised by that response, even more so when I mentioned sending it back and he still wanted to contact them first...while I wait

Maybe he doesn't have any more in stock to do the exchange? Even still, it is clearly defective so they shoulda had you send it back pending an exchange or refund. Well I hope you hear something shortly, but I would not wait around for days to get a reply and some action. :glare:

ETA: didn't get to read that justice had been served when I typed the above. Awesome, very happy to hear this :)

The Aqua v2 has a much more open draw then the orchid v1 authentic. When the Aqua v2 is about half open it is equal to the orchid. I just did a side by side test, & I also had my wife do the same, and we both concur.
I agree, I have the revised Orchid from Aethertech that was recently released and I was vaping it right before the Aqua2 got here. The Aqua has airflow for days. The new Orchid has AFC and I leave it wide open, the Aqua is definitely not wide open for a similar draw.

Hi guys, quick question.does anyone know where I can go to see some sorta reference to breaking down the aqua v2's deck? I've taken off the 510 pin, the semi clear plastic insulator... but have no clue how to remove the big white ring that goes around the brass piece in the deck

It just turns. I broke the WHOLE thing down first day for cleaning. Pretty easy.

i find building on the v2 very frustrating. the posts keep rotating when i screw the wire in. mostly the one with the insulator
anyone else has the same experience?
thx

Take out your build, take the lose posts and screw them down as tight as they will go... Shouldn't move after that

New news, footoon just put on there fb a photo of the aqua se. He said do to cloning they changed up the aqua v2. Footoon also stated to keep ur hologram warranty card and original aqua2 owners can get a discount. It looks dope too.
Edit: nm, found it

only a matter of days before that version is clones as well

At least this one will be an actual clone and not unauthorised production (or so it seems).

This new version looks to possibly be a glass tank! Also from the comments on competing with clones, I am wondering what the price will be!
The raised knurled section could be a reintroduction of a separate liquid/air control. Quite intrigued.
