I believe that suppliers can specify a certain degree of customization for the orders they place with the Kanger manufacturer. Thus the labeling, color-coding, and breadth of flavor choices in V4L's carts ... or the packaging differences you reference. [

BTW, I have
mixed feelings about the color-coding. It certainly does distinguish one flavor from another, but it mars the solid color (e.g., all black) look, which I happen to like, a lot. For example, my wife's first reaction when I placed my newly arrived pale green menthol cart on my newly arrived extra long black battery was ... ugh!
Speaking of superficial appearance, I like the single V4L logo on the cart (an elegant branding, like the stylized L on the Lexus), but I hate the
scores of V4Ls plastered on the battery. Can you
spell tasteless?
