Hi Guys,

I am new to vaping and in my country vaping is still a new born baby. Point is i have read a lot about DIY saw a lot of videos and ECF is a big source of a lot of info on this subject. My question is if i order a DIY kit from thehousevapor for instance :unsure:, then if i get it shipped to my friend in Boston. Can my friend get it on an international flight back to my country.

Please advice, my main reason for doing this is it take a LONG! time :mad: for my e-liquids to get shipped here. :(

Any ideas would help

    Short answer is NO

    However, I can't imagine that there is a place on the planet that you can't get a gallon of PG or VG. So the only thing you need are the flavorings and nicotine. The nicotine concentrate is the one thing that is a problem because the laws are so different from country to country. You also need to look into the limits on container sizes to take on an aircraft.

    What is a DIY kit? Hardware or juices?

    I can't see any problems? Why should there be? Is vaping illegal in India? Just get your friend to spread out your stuff amongst other souvenirs etc. ecig batteries should be hand luggage - not check in.

    @dragonebone : No Vaping is not illegal in India, but i am aware of some restrictions by international airlines. DYI kit is hardware, PG,VG, nic base and flavors. Any ways thanks. I shall order flavors in a .... load and try for PG and VG locally.

    @tj99959 : Thanks, i thought so.

    @individual: Nice idea, that seems a pragmatic approach.

    Oh, OK. I understand your question now. I thought that you were worried about customs entry restrictions on landing. No, don't worry, there are no restrictions by airlines, that I know of. As long as something is not hazardous or illegal.
    I travel a lot, and always have a lot of vape stuff with me. Oh, and check regarding the local VG and PG availability. Nothing wrong in importing some too, especially PG, which may be harder to find.

    Thanks dragonebone, i shall take a risk and order just one or two flavors and PG & VG , and if something goes wrong, i shall also ask my friend to get rid it or better tell the TSA personal to take it and give up smoking analogs. ;) hehehe

    Your fine to check it in, (larger quantities not carry-on) as long as its properly packed and not hazardous, toxic or presents any danger. Properly packed, I've checked in cases of wine from Europe to US may times. Now what happens at Customs at the arrival port is a different issue, sometimes I pay extra duty on the wine and sometimes they wave me through.
