are packages being inspected???

i have received several packages lately
ones with hardware no problem but ones with juice have all been torn open. some in soft envelope & some in hard box any one else having this happen

yep! got a package fron eastmall 3 weeks ago !!! and i know it had been opened!!!!!!! but i got it 220mls of juice for 69$ shipped8-o

I got one from Health Cabin last week with a cut in the bag and a wide green tape over the bottom with wording indicating that it had been inspected by Customs. I hadn't ordered any liquid, only hardware. Everything was intact.
