Need a bit of help finding parts please! 
At some point in 2011 I purchased a tank that looks identical to this right here:
Vision 5ml 2.0 Ohm Stone Tank Clearomizer
I'm guessing I filled it with yucky tasting juice or was still using mini 510's or who knows what, but obviously I wasn't impressed with it because a couple of months ago I was surprised to find it in an old faux leather analog case along with a bunch of other clearomizers, etc. that I intended on cleaning for reuse. Not only had I forgotten all about it completely, (along with the stash of various models of hardly used carto's stuffed in there as well) but I am uncertain as to which vendor I bought it from originally since I obtained it so long ago.
At any rate, after I stumbled across the tank while cleaning out my computer desk, I was thrilled to discover I could completely disassemble it and therefore, clean it thoroughly. After I did so I then filled it with my favorite DIY concoction at the time and screwed it into my newest toy (Mvari VV). I was even more pleased with the clean taste, vapor production, etc. that it gave me than my previous favorite carto. One which goes under several names depending on the vendor offering it but aesthetically appears identical. No matter what name it is being sold under or whether or not it comes with an LED light.

At any rate, the 5.0 ml tank in the first link I provided quickly became my permanent carto due to it's superior performance with that particular juice, and I have rinsed it clean and refilled it once more many times since rediscovering it quite by accident sometime last February. At this point as you can imagine, it has been used extensively and wear and tear is quite evident. In fact, the wick material and other functioning innards are pretty much history.
I've found replacement innards available for purchase on several vendor sites that are specifically made to fit very similar tanks but doubt highly they will work as they are specifically designed for these much newer models and are only reasonably similar to the innards of this tank (to varying degrees) while still having some obvious differences. So ordering any of these innards for similar tanks would be in my opinion a waste of time as I doubt greatly any of the ones I have found so far would fit much less work at all in this specific tank.
I did notice in the reviews for the tank I found on MadVapes (that is identical to the one I currently posses and have linked at the top of this post) is the common complaint that there are no interior replacement parts listed on the vendor site as being available for purchase for this particular model of tank.
So I'm hoping someone out there might know of a vendor that does have this exact type of tank AND offers the interior parts. I know I wasn't aware of Madvapes when I purchased this tank originally so it is not possible I bought it from them. My first orders with them were in Feb. of this year according to my saved receipts. After much searching I THINK I found the receipt which includes my purchase of this particular tank in question sometime back in August of 2011 from ECigExpress. However, after scouring their site it appears they have replaced the model I have with a slightly updated version in it's place. So again, even though they offer replacement innards for THAT tank (which is similar), it is obvious to me they are just enough of a different design so that the interior workings would not fit the one I already own.
If need be I will just order a new one from MadVapes and hope that their model not only looks like the one I have but also will perform as well as the one I have (or did perform until I wore it out LOL). But dang these tanks get expensive and I really like saving a bunch of money by just purchasing the guts instead! LOL If anyone can help me out with this I'd appreciate it although I'm starting to think that there are no replacement parts out there that will fit this particular model!( If that happens to be the case then I've got a few mod ideas for the tank that will probably fail miserably as I have no real experience in modifying e-cig equipment myself!
Also I should add that I own several other types of tanks, all which take the replacement cylinders full of batting (which I hate) and all have to be punched at least one more time with the carto punch I bought because I prefer juice that is mostly if not all VG!!
