are there larger mah batteries than the 2000 mah for provaris

Provape recommends to only use the AW 18650 IMR 2000mah batteries, and that is all that I use.

Having said that, I know people who have successfully used the Panasonic NCR18650PF and NCR18650PD 2900mah batteries (button top variety) in their Provari.

Quick question, are the batteries that come from provape protected or unprotected? it doesn't say anywhere and I want to make sure that when I do get some somewhere else that I get the right ones........(I will get the same brand aw imr high drain that provape says to use but I don't know if they are protected or unprotected......doesn't say in manual or on the provape sight anywhere or on the batteries that it came with
