So, last night some idiot decides he'll have a few drinks after taking a couple valium.
Yep, he slammed into the back of my cab doing at least 50mph.
Needless to say, my cab is unrecoverable, and his car was definitely toast.

What does this have to do with tanks, you might ask?

I had a Silver Bullet with a Siam XL glass tank in my shirt pocket,
and an OCD clear 25mm tank in the carry all between the seats.
Of course, everything went flying at impact. By the time I got to
what was left of my cab this morning, it took some digging to find
all my gear.

What did I find, you ask with baited breath?
The OCD tank was just fine ( never really doubted it ), and surprise surprise,
the Siam tank was sitting on a bent carto but was intact and hadn't even
leaked any juice. The SB was fine of course, those things are built like tanks.

I must say, I was a bit surprised at the Siam tank. The glass isn't very thick,
and the o-rings aren't quite as snug as I would prefer. But, it survived an impact
strong enough to bend the carto and didn't fail.

All in all, the Siam and OCD are tough little tanks.
