I will very occasionally get a slight headache that I think is connected to vaping. However, I also notice that coinciding with the headache is a bit of sinus area congestion going on. So my thoughts are that it is a bit of a congestion type headache I am experiencing. This does not happen all the time, but only at certain times for some odd reason. A couple of the times this seems more likely to occur are first thing in the morning upon just getting out of bed and for that next hour or so, and nearing bedtime. Perhaps this is all my imagination, and there is really no correlation between any of this.

I will also mention, that this headache and congestion is not limited to vaping alone, but was occurring in my case before I began vaping, and apparently connected to my prior smoking as well. I will also mention that this was happening a little more often, with slightly more intensity when I first began vaping, as opposed to now. It seems to have tapered off somewhat in the past couple months.

No. Only happens to me when I go non-stop for hours on 36mg juice. Putting the PV down to "cool off" and/or dripping 24mg instead solves the problem.

Sounds like you should at least up your water intake. You might be drying out. That will cause the sinus issues and lead to headaches. You could also just be sensitive to nic content. Don't be afraid to put the PV down more often or switch to even less or no nic juice.

If you are just quitting analogs, remember that headaches are a sign of not enough nicotine as well. It is a common symptom when you quit coffee and again common when you quit smoking, nicotine is a stimulant and it is a detox process. Honestly it sounds to me like your nicotine is pretty low for just starting. You will notice they will lessen with time or with more nicotine. JMHO!

What kind of juice are you vaping? Back before I knew anything about quality of juices, I vaped the cheap dekang stuff I'd gotten from Eastmall with my Riva, and thought it was normal to get headaches and a kinda sick feeling for a few weeks when just starting to vape. I had quit smoking a few months before starting to vape, keep that in mind. Either way, I bought some other juices and really enjoyed them. Recently got a few small bottles of dekang and. upon vaping it, the sickness and headache came back immediately, whether I was dripping or using a carto like I usually do. I have like 8 bottles of dekang sitting around that I'll never touch now. What a waste of money!

Either way, the juice could be what is hurting you. I got headaches and a sore throat every time I vaped that nasty stuff. What juice are you vaping and how are you vaping it? I get sick really fast if I'm burning filler or heating up a dry atty.

I'm going to have to agree with NJLG on the liquid possibly being part of the problem here. I made some DIY VG-only juice when I first started mixing, just to see how it was. I had a headache after that for a bit. It came and went over the next few days, and I soon realized it was only when I vaped that particular juice! My conclusion was that either the juice or the flavoring in it was the culprit, and I dumped that batch into the "reject" cup. Switching juice may be the answer!

i bought my e-juice from healthcabin. not the dekang brand but HC e-juice and i too bought some e-juice from 1 china website but im not sure about the brand name. i usually vape 3-5 time per session and i dont think is too much. ya i agreed that maybe the e-juice or the particular flavoring is the culprit and also maybe that i got nicotine OD.

I found the same thing...too much nic gives me a slight headache---just like it did with analogs. Too much nic also causes my nose to run...that is my "clue" to back down to 24mg...or take a break!
