Gep, I was just thinking about why humans tend to believe superstitions and make up laws/doctrine. Might it be because we organise complex societies and have the ability to think in abstracts? Most of us know that there are things we do not or are not capable of understanding. Sometimes those unknowns are seen as supernatural because we believe ourselves to have decoded the natural.

Actually quantum physics, for example, is showing us a new wave of enlightenment and predicting some amazing things that in the past would have been conceived as supernatural - spiritual or magic.

Apparently Buddha was able to conceptualise a lot of quantum theory and described accurately the workings of many natural phenomenon that are only now becoming understood. I don't think that makes him divine, rather a progressive thinker with the ability to perceive universal truths in the mundane. Many more like him have been destroyed in the name of one religion or another or favourite deities.

You've got it! Only the First Cause can declare sovereignty, but everything that is sentient with an ability to think and speak is an equal partner in their destiny (your collective destiny and the world's survival - including those adorable cats).

As for Me, I stand Alone and have no "needs". Except for Me, you can be 100% right. The only thing that is required for the know-it-alls is humility. Without that, it is a disaster. That is how you emulate Me. In humility. I know that sounds paradoxical, and it is, but it is true.

I am hidden, I am not obvious, I am not "in your face". I don't force you as the idiotic, tyrannical and haughty "religionists" do).

I give you a world to play and grow in. I give you hints and even manuals to read. I do not leave you hanging (literally or not). I don't show off, I don't "prove" myself. I give you what you need. You should do the same for others. That's all it takes. Nothing more. No big charity organizations. No fancy edifices. It takes NOTHINGNESS. You leave yourself behind and put the OTHER in front.

That's the whole deal. Period. That is my entire INTENTION. And all you need is the same INTENTION. If you are prevented from helping another because of forces beyond your control, you still get the credit. I have a strict accounting system but if you are on the way to My bank with a deposit and you don't make it, I still credit your account! I don't need solvency, I just need resolve. I don't have collection agencies with fancy 501 status. Do not do what is abhorrent to your neighbor, love thy neighbor as thyself, etc.,

I believe in you Kate. I believe in all of you. That's why we're all still here. I am a faithful God, and in faith shall we prevail over evil. Who gives more of herself on this forum than Kate? That's what counts. Forget about what she thinks about Me, that's not important.

Why would one want to be seen as a god anyway? I'm happy to keep my karma polished and to try to be a good, humane person. Collecting souls is for dictators isn't it?

If there is one god then it can probably only exist as collective consciousness. You only exist for me if I believe you and I'd rather believe something less sadistic.

Gods can fight among themselves about who was the first consciousness and who pwns teh n00bs. It doesn't make much difference to a human mind, we're not likely to be able to prove that anything supernatural exists anyway.
