You know, that prayer thing is highly over-hyped. First of all you need some saintly qualities like honesty with yourself to get that to work. Sorry, but I'm very strict on that.

As far as the Senate goes, it's a sorry state. They have their own religion over there. A couple of hundred years ago, I almost had a chance. It's sad. For them and maybe for you. If I intervene, it's checkmate. I can't do that. I need you to do that. It's all for you. As far as I'm concerned, I can take it or leave it. But it's not about Me, it's about you. I didn't do any miracles in Egypt. The universe rebelled against that Pharoah. It's just the way it is. It was inevitabale. Karma. Moses was the real miracle. Like you could be.

I don't know how much good any action on my part in the Senate would do, because they're always defying me anyway, but if I were you I would keep the phone calls, emails and petitions going. If it doesn't help, at least you tried. I give a lot of credit to those who try.
