I was wondering what's up with these too.I sent them a message a while back just asking if I could trade my leaking ones in for different ones and got ignored also.

Everyrone, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR INPUT!!! With all of your precise input, we have routed out the problem and now know how to remedy it. There was a major structure problem that is now addressed and will be taken care of. Thank you so much for helping us with this inconsistency.

Hey guys! I'm here!
I'm usually encased in emails and phone calls all day everyday and manufactures by night. Work life is definitely conquering home life by far and lack of employees is creating stress with averaging 50-75 orders a day on average. Thank you for sparing hope Jkoppk as I will always get back the moment I can. Coming on to ECF is the greatest perk of the job. Being with everybody here is the daily goal as they are considered more like family than my own, save for the Missus and kiddies.I'll hop on PM's right now.
It's great to see you my friend even if only for a moment. I realize your under an extreme load and would like nothing more than to be here on a daily basis but alas life goes on. You are the inspiration for us all.
