hi scott !
been using it for the last 3 weeks now . as far as flavor ... I used every thing from hemp fiber to other different cottons and stainless mesh ..never tasted any flavor differences ...just me so.
I love this stuff .. very easy to work with ..it stays clean much longer for some reason ..my flavors are from vz and they are pretty clear ..cant figure out why it gunks up other cottons more ..run 5 tanks on the same wick in one build !!
don't know about less absorbent ..wicks perfect for me ..enjoy your aromamizer
Thanks mate!

I'll take my Aromamizer over my Lemo2, or Bellus any day. To help wicking i drilled the bottom holes out with a 1/16th bit. I know for each hole it isn't that much but for all four i think it helps. i have also drilled out the air holes on the sides with 5/32. I have had no leaking with the expanded holes at all.

So this Aromamizer is amazing. Just got mine today, the 6ml 2 post. Just amazing flavor and clouds, and I haven't even turned up the heat yet. After reading through here I decided to try my first vertical build. Came out to .32 ohms. I'm in love. All I originally wanted was to find rdas withthe velocity deck, but I'm so glad I stumbled on this thing.

Hey we're up to 100 pages in this thread! Ha ha, when I started it I had no idea this atty would become popular!
It's just so freaking awesome! Seriously! And thanks for creating this thread, without it I would not have bought my favorite tank of all time.

Verticals are freaking fantastic besides that they gunk up faster at least mine did. I mean super fast. Then it takes more time to rewick as well.
I wasn't aware of verticals gunking quicker. Luckily the juice I'm using literally has no gunk. Stash liquids. Phenomenal stuff all around.

Went to verticals on my 6ml because of gunk on the horizontals, 3ml.

Have pulled the vertical wicks twice showing no burn, a wick colored by only the e-liquid.

Quite AMAZING.

Also Stash BTW.

After having mine for a week or so now, there are several ways to help align airflow. The tightness of the base to the tank, the tightness of the upper to lower tank sections (that hold the glass), you could change the oring on the base or do what I did which was use some dental floss under the oring on the base so the tank stops just an 1/8 of a turn sooner which aligns close to perfect.

Some others reported sanding just a tad off the lower tank section, which I personally didn't want to do... I like it better when the "attempt" is reversible. Ymmv.

Anyway that's my 2¢

Need to pull my dual vertical clapton build. I pummeled at least 100mls of Nicoticket through them with around 8 wick changes, maybe less. I just haven't done it so it's been sitting for 3 or 4 days and I have been using my BillowV2. I just have to untighten one of the grubs and get it going but have not been able to pull the rigger. I have Aromamizer constipation I guess...

is there a way to adjust so that the each coil is right between 2 airholes each?

Sanding the bottom of the tank works great. It's the only permanent fix imo. If you sand too much off the first time and the tank rotates too far, sand some more until you get it right. You can try multiple times without hurting anything.

^^^^true, your can still turn it back to get 4 holes BTW.
The best method by far, very easy.
I believe the "best" method is to remove the 2-post and seat it between 2 of the deck holes.

As long as the 2-post doesn't move, and you can observe that it doesn't, you can seat the coil 100% of the time w/o the need to modify the base PHYSICALLY.

Applies to both verticals and horizontals though most relevant to verticals.

I see everyone saying this tank sucks juice, but it's going through it much slower than my atlantis did.

The outside diameter on the drip tip connection on top is a little small, so some of my tips look out of place on it, but as complaints go, that's incredibly minor and the only one I got.

Yeah I had to dry burn and rewick after about 2 days of using mine
me too! i was using fused clapton wire. the cotton seemed to get dark like within one tank. thing is that i never got a dry hit or anything. I checked often right after vaping i would unscrew the tank really quick to make sure my wicks were not dry so I dont know what the deal is with that. I also only made 4 wraps so the coils were getting max airflow coverage know what I mean? I can't figure out why they gunk up so much faster
