I think I get the coil design you are talking about but would you mind posting a picture?

Sorry for late response but here are few pics

Yikes... Seems too high up... Don't the coils short with the top cap... Or am I missing something...

Its good to have 2 tools with same diameter, my coiler and screwdriver are the same size so I use them to bend the coil.

Nope. But I actually lowered them down a bit from that when trying it out.

So I just ordered the 6ml version a couple days ago which included both the 2 & 3 post design as it was an option, though I'm not the best at translating Changlish, so at least that's what I think I ordered.

What I'm curious about from those of you who've had one for awhile is whether or not it leaks when laying on its side? I tend to pass out in bed with my devices and hate trying to clean out massive juice stains from my sheets (& juice ain't cheap).

I can picture this being an issue due to the 4 air holes on the side and 4 juice fed holes on the bottom, so essentially, if half full and laying on its side, the vacuum could be lost if gravitationally juice would fill the holes on the side its laying on and air would fill the holes facing upwards and it would just flow out the side air channels. Anyone? (Hope I'm wrong here!)

Sweet! I kind of liked the concept of their cyclone channelled RDA system and suspected it might reduce side-laying leaking as well as coil alignment issues if only it was incorporated into this. But then again, leak-wise, it just means the liquid would have to travel in a slanty rather than straight line.

Can anyone post pictures off there wicking, I've gotten it right once can't seem to get it perfect again

this is my base as it is now, notice the coils are in the centre, not done mine the lazy way by keeping the coils to one side, soz but ive not got the greatest camera, so ive taken some picts with flash and some without.

Also just built a couple of vertical coils, 7 wraps 24 gauge wire, ive wicked one up to show you how they will work, they will also be centred between the juice holes, you can then see from the wick picture how the 2 wicks will sit on top of the juice holes.

Initial outcome of the OCC test:

Tested the OCC from 20W up to 75W at 5W incremental using SX Mini. Juice us 80VG/20PG.

The OCC excels best on 40W-50W base on my preference. I like vape to be semi-warm to warm. No dry hits even for more when dragging for more than 5 seconds. Flavor is top notch and the cloud is decently thick.

Overall, I have to say that this OCC coil gives people who doesn't want to rebuild a chance to try out a dripper-like experience without the hassle.

My preferred settings:

My first test with the 2-post deck:

Did a simple dual coil build using 30g nickel at 2.5mm 7 wraps which came out to approx 0.07 ohm.

It is definetly very easy to build on this deck. No issues with the holes or screw cutting the coils.

Tested at various joules and temp but finally found my sweet spot at 35J 450F. It could go higher but the vape was too warm for my liking.

Another good thing is that they finally align the coils with the air flow and I would strongly recommend the 2-hole vape band for flavor chasers. The flavor is insane even with just a standard dual coil build.

Here's a pic showing the coil thru the air flow:

I've to say that I'm very impressed with deck even at initial test.

Back to more testing..... ;)
