what is the deal with this wire? I think thats what dicodes calls resistherm? but what is it? how is it?
Dicodes is NiFe30 but is not the same as other NiFe30, close though, the 52(48, it's really 52) has a higher TCR than the 30.
Resistherm is Dicodes NiFe30

I have just resigned myself to using the janky tip that comes on the top cap. Putting a tip on it is even more janky. I am not taking power tools to the thing. Hopefully a modder will CNC a top cap with a regular tip adapter. Since it is SS and threaded, not the easiest undertaking. On my 4th tank on my vertical build and it's just getting richer and richer. I am vaping Majesty by Crescent City Clouds out of New Orleans. It's the only commercial juice I buy. Endymion, FooJoo and Majesty are all incredible juices and their customer service and delivery is also incredible. I got 145 drops in the last fill. So 25 drops per ml which is about right for a heavier VG juice. LOVING this tank. I bought a Billow V2 and have not even cracked it open yet.

Open it already. Your missing out big time. It's not as easy to wick as the Aromamizer. It actually takes a bit of time. But once done correctly, it's a really nice Vape.

Got my 6ml yesterday and I started playing with it today. So far it's been a pretty good vape. Running it at .35ohms at 35 watts and it's fantastic! Took the vape band off because I think it's ugly.

Really wish steamcrave would come out with a top fill flush drip tip version of the top cap. Would make this my ideal tank, I'd buy it instantly.
Maybe they will. We should email them and ask. V2 with normal drip tip adapter. Drip tip campaign style[emoji12]

The greatest thing about this tank is your juice is not getting BOILED OUT sitting around the coil chamber. This is especially true with darker juices or any custards.

I use to rant about that on all the tank threads. Aspire tanks, all the kayfuns, Taifuns, Aquas, Lemos...all of them. I always got a ton of resistance and disagreement.

My juices would get so darkened sitting in the tank and really had a burnt, darker flavor by the time it got to my wicks.

The Aromamizer completely ends this issue....for the most part which to me is really amazing. I am on my 4th tank with the same wicks and my juice is pristine as I look at it in the atty and the vape has been perfect consistent and really just getting richer and richer. Glad I found this thread.

I just ordered the 3ml version from longhorn vapor. Not sure if it's been mentioned but they have both in stock for 33.95-35.95. After reading all of the hype I'm excited to test it out. The wife stole my Cthulhu v2 after I decided to use a rda one day, she won't be stealing this one. Thanks for the awesome thread, steam crave has to owe you guys some sort of commission ;)

I don't rely on web or other scripted system for more than ball park. Ideally if I build a single coil and it checks in at 1Ω then if I build a second one to use in a duel setup I know the combo should check in at approximately 0.5Ω. (not what I build at, just an example) Leg length, coil diameter, etc... play a huge roll. If you don't snug your coils up even at 1mm of additional length can easily change the outcome. I like to be as precise as I can. I don't use mech mods, because I prefer the consistent vape from top to bottom on a regulated mod.
Not knocking Mechs though, but for me they serve little purpose with todays technology. Back in the day I built box mods, which was about the only thing we had unless we bought expensive prebuilt ones.

Has anyone noticed a difference between the 3ml or 6ml? Does anyone have both? Does it perform the same? I want one but am having a difficult time deciding which one. Does the 3ml hold less but perform better?

In all honestly if you build right and keep the airflow clean the difference is negligible. I much prefer the 6ml (using it at this moment) because it's a juice hog with my current build with duel coils. Flavor is great!

By the way, I am using P.O.E.T's line of juice right now. Americana Ciambella, it is freaking amazing!!!!!! Next to Boyd's Bounty Full Flavor it's my favorite all day vape.
