I am not familiar with the paper and the author but she doesn't seem to be sensationalizing and makes an attempt to reach out to the vendors to get their story. A little more could have been dedicated to statistics especially in comparison to other types of poisoning. Seems like the conclusion was that we need regulation and to keep e-juice out of reach of children and in safety bottles.
