I just know that when the seasons change cigarettes cravings will hit. It is true when you quit smoking certain things can trigger a craving. Seasons changing , a new job or a situation where the cigarette was your best friend.
I have hit 2 craving situations at once. A new job and seasons changing. Spring is right around the corner and this week the weather is warm and the sun is shining. I decided that i am going to order some rootbeer and cola ejuice for the cravings when the seasons change. Just making a change in the flavor i think will help. As for the new job, i am not really craving just feeling that if i was smoking that it would be easier to not be the newbie. It sounds weird but smoking away from the cigarette smokers makes me feel anti social and an out cast. I won't vape near them as to me that defeats the purpose. I am a bit better now because it seems that it is "the first" time that i just need to get through and then i am okay.
I was told a few years ago when i quit cold turkey that it is "the first" at anything such as the seasons changing that cravings may happen and i want to be prepared. What are some other things that we can do to help with these kind of cravings?
