Vapor production has more to do with the ohms of the carto and the type of juice you're using in that carto on you Echo battery vs the battery itself. If you're happy with the vapor with the carto/juice you're currently using on your 808 batts, you'll be happy with that same set up on an Echo for sure.

Ohms of the carto for a given voltage, that is (it's really the total power, the watts). A standard 3 ohm 808 carto on a 3.8V 808 battery will give me decent vapor for a given juice. Put that carto on a 3.3V battery and vapor production drops a lot, it's overall cooler, due to the lower power. The same carto up at around 5V (a true passthrough, or a mod) puts out clouds.

So if they are the same batteries will it last the same amount of time? I see people saying they vape for 12-18 hours on a echo, but I don't get anywhere near that now...

They are the same voltage not the same mAh. The Echo is 1300mAh...even and XL 808 is only 280mAh I think, so there is the difference. :)

Ok so let me make sure I've got this right. A 1300 mAh Echo will last much longer (battery life) than my standard 808 batt... The vapor production will be roughly the same using the same cartomizers... I'm upgrading for the battery life, which I'm okay with. If I order better ohm cartos, my vapor will also increase...
Thanks for all your help

Ok so yeah... iGo... That's the same as an Echo but with a manual battery? Anyone have any experience with these? Sorry if I'm flooding you vets/mods with noob questions, just want to make sure I get this right or Mrs. L will have my head

That's my understanding of the iGo, yes, but I believe it's less mAh, not a lot less, 1100mAh maybe?
