HO, long time no chat everyone. :) I stepped away from the forum, so you may or may not know me. But I finally found what I need and now I only carry the bare minimum. But recently I ran into a problem. I'm using an ego T with the tank system. (gosh I don't even know if that's the right lingo anymore...) anyways, it's the atty with the small pin in it. Well I'm having two problems.

1. The cover for the tank part that holds the juice, is stuck in the atty, and won't come out. Any tips for this? I mean, it's really really in there. I've tried getting it out by reinserting the rest of the tank and spinning it, and I've also attempted a tweezers, neither method was successful.

2. The little piece that the needle has to pierce to get into the tank, is getting stuck in the little needle... Tiny opening, tiny plastic piece together= completely blocked atty.... any tips for this issue? I have only 3 atty's now, and there seems to be an issue with each one. :(

any help, as always is appreciated. :)

If I were you I'd try using your tweezers again but while it's on the bat...hit the button and let it heat up for a sec then pull, as it heats it's will slightly expand and might be just enough for you to get it out, best of luck!/))

When that's happened to me I've always had luck using a toothpick and working at it until I could pry it out. It takes a while and the little cap gets fubar, but using a toothpick means there's very little chance of damaging the atty, no matter how hard you go at it :)

Ok I've got a question that might have been answered before but what size is the internal batter of either a 901 or 808, Im not worried about the mah and what not but actuall size eg. 14500 ect, any info would be great!-))

There is no internal battery--the battery part is the battery. That's why they have such low mah and are thrown away when dead--they are purpose-built.

I pulled one apart and there is a bat inside of it...just curious about size no real plans on em but thought I might beable to mod somthing for the tiny bat lol just cuz!-))

Since you have it out you can measure it for the size. First two numbers are the diameter and the last three are the length.

14500 = 14mm wide x 50.0mm long
16340 = 16mm wide x 34.0mm long
18650 = 18mm wide x 65.0mm long

The protection circuitry adds a couple millimeters, which is why unprotected batteries are shorter (a protected 18650 is actually closer to 67mm long) and some batteries are only made with protection circuitry (which is why a protected 18650 is the same length as a 17670), but you will come up with a "ballpark" by measuring the diameter and length in millimeters...

Ok my ball park figure is 8mm X 35mm
Scratch that...it's an 80400...would my multicharger charge one of these I have the AG108(think that's it)...from madvapes, it supposed to charge to 10440s so maybe?

Here's a link to the batteries that are in 901/808s
Alibaba Manufacturer Directory - Suppliers, Manufacturers, Exporters & Importers

Those measurements would be 08350--or if it has protection circuitry built in it might be 08330. Your charger should be able to charge it if you can get it to fit. Lengthwise shouldn't be a problem (if it can handle, say, 16340's) but at that skinny it might be problematic to keep the connection stable--never know until you try :)

And that's an interesting link, it looks like they have tabs. Are they button top, flat top or tabbed?

The bats are tabbed, there were wires soldered to em, the one I've got right now is still holding a charge I do think I'll try making a mini mid and try them out
