Those come with carto already installed. If you ever want to change carto, use a stainless steel.
Don't forget to punch a hole in a new one if you didn't buy one that's already been punched!! No hole, no wicking, no good.

I tried the SLB cartos and they did not wick well at all, so it will probably fit, but as for working well, you'll just have to give it a try. From everything I've read/heard Boges seem to be the favorites for most of the carto tanks.
I use smoketech's in my tanks, they're brilliant in them. Mine are longer than the standard tank, but I can still use them in there.

I didn't either, until I tried them in a tank, but there are so many different carto's out there, so the best thing you can do is try whichever ones you like best and see what works for you. The main thing is having a carto tank is awesome and makes things so much easier (less refills) and keeps things tasting fresh!
Please do not use a 10 pound sledge hammer to punch holes in your cartos like Sirogre did....

Correct, 306 and 510 are threaded the same, and their parts and chargers are all compatible (minus carts and drip tips).
306:
The cartridge or drip tip goes over the atty, not in it. The bridge is exposed, as you can see.
510:
Why someone would chose one over the other is like anything else vaping related. It's just about what works best for you and what you like.

Thanks B... From the looks of the video, the 306 atty wouldn't be good for bottom feeding as the bridge is so high???
