You need an international flat rate box. You need to go to post office on person they have the forms etc you need.

Thanks loxmythe.

For loxmythe or anyone else . . . any tips for what to put on the forms like "misc. items / ecig liquid / merchandise / etc."
If I go by the post office and get the box, then bring it home and fill it, then purchase the shipping label via USPS website (little cheaper), will the forms I need be available thru USPS online or only at the post office when I go back to mail it?

thanks for the help

Well this was my mistake then. I neglected the fact that this thread was in the PIF area. I was actually trying to get some general help with international shipping of nicuids overseas. I was just in the PIF area and saw the 'ask a pif mod vet' title and thought that someone might have the answer here. The reasons for the questions had nothing to do with sending anything to a fellow PIF'er but rather overseas shipping in general for a classifieds transaction.

Sorry for the intrusion, I'll see if I can find a more appropriate area to ask in.
Hopefully no offense given, no offense taken.

Ok, the swaps thread has me totally confused!! -and I think I made someone (maybe 2 someones) mad by PMing and asking for clarification on what was being sought . . . and now there is a quoted offer with "PM sent" posted - ARRG! I am pretty sure I understand the intent to keep it uncluttered. I am also pretty sure ppl are expecting it to look more like the classifieds where you can tell if someone has already picked up on the request . . . . also, if the request is more than 2 days old the op won't be able to edit that the trade is complete . . . . is there any better way to do this? I am getting frustrated PMing offers to help only to be ignored or thought to be trying to hide something somehow . . . :(

EDIT after PRISM's answer: I understand and have been doing that. I am leaving your answer as the last post so more ppl will see it :) thanks :)

Paislia. I think people are mixing up the rules for the swap thread and the TC thread.
The instructions for each is the first post in the threads

For the swap

Rule #3 states
No chit chat in this thread. If you want to trade with someone after they've posted items or if you have questions about those items, SEND A PM. Literally, post a trade, edit your post once it's done...that's it. Seriously. That's it.

That means you pm the poster with your offer of a trade. Then when they accept one they come back and edit their post to say it has been traded.

In the TC thread

You must post your want for a posted offer IN THE THREAD (no PM's) along with the date of your last taken TC offer.

Then AFTER the poster says its yours they
MUST edit their post to say that the item(s) has/have been taken and post the name of who has taken it.

After that you PM them with your name address etc.
