Well thats actually a very interesting reasoning behind that. From what i can tell, burrito juice has the enzymes still in its flavoring of which unsoaked beans have. When soaking the beans the enzymes escape, when not soaked the enzymes building up in the body hydrogen, carbon dioxide, and, in about one-third of all people, methane which comes out of one of 3 places...yes 3, some people can burp out they ears
