The plastic-y taste is most assuredly a dry carto. Toss those that get to that stage!

I could never answer the often asked question "how many cigs per cart" because everyone vapes in their own personal style. You're getting great life out of a cart, where I can go through 2-3 a day, but I was a heavy smoker too. Some ppl try to measure it by mouthfuls, but I find that just as hard to do. vaping and smoking are really very different.
Okay, plastic cartos get tossed..got it, lol! I thought they just tasted like that cause they were new (duh). But still, they seem to be lasting me a day, easy. And I used to smoke a ppd of Basic 100's.
i get it but at the same time it is good to get a real rough estimate because i was originally told 1 pack of vap to 5 packs of cigs. came to the v4l site going to order, did a little snooping on this site and bumped the order up that is why i ask in your mind what do you think the ratio is. (I not hold you to it in court lol). but thankyou for the info
Well, IMO I'm getting about a pack's worth from one carto. Which is totally fine for me 
Id say as an estimate 1 carto is equal to 1/2 a pack of cigs.1 pack a day of cigs=2 cartos per day.Purely a guesstimate.YMMV.

well that i can see because way before it goes out the taste drops off and that is when i switch too
A regular newport would last me 12-15 puffs or so. A nuport wow lasts me about 130-148 puffs if used on a batt, and 88-92 on the pt. So about half a pack to 3/4. Vaping is different though, with a analog I would take a couple of short puffs and a few long ones, with an ecig mainly long ones. I try to limit myself to 13 puffs then break... Try being a key word...
I have been buying the pre filled smilin premium carts 18' practically in bulk- I had 1 carto in the box that was just nasty - is it possible for a cart to go bad? 1 in the box of 5? It has juice in it, but not sure what kind.

altho I'm not an OLDIE, in my experience you are bound to get a bad cart once in awhile. Altho I have not had any that tasted nasty, I have had some that didn't seem to be filled very well, and didn't taste quite like the others. Just clean it, refill, or throw away.

yes, boiling generally gets rid of the taste. Remove the plastic end, put in a pot of boiling water for about 15 minutes. You can let them air dry, or put them on a baking sheet in the oven on a very low temp, like 175 or less. There are some good videos linked in the welcome mat, but you will need to go thru the oldest posts to find them. Hope this helps.
got one for Keyzy. I noticed in a few other threads that you mentioned using a GLV mod with a 901 adapter. However I have browsed around on different sites for mods, and I've noticed a few advisories about "slotted cartomizers". Anyways my question is have you had any issues with the V4L Cool Carts working with the GLV setup?

I use the premiums and coolcarts and Ive never had a problem with them.Good Prophets has the adapters for $.99,I use the 5v,if you get a mini or super mini you could use the wow cartos on them.I just love 5v vaping with V4L cartos.
Yeah I want the 5v model as well. I'm going to be ordering that along with a few spare batts just as soon as I can.
what do i need to use V4L cartos on an ego, i have a 901 t0 510 adapter and it screws on fine but i cant hardly suck through it, i have loosened and tightened adapter, thinkin i need a 808 to 510 adapter(i heard they are the same) Help please!!
the V4L cartos are for an 808. I know it's supposed to work on a 901, but try the 808 adaptor.
I use an adapter on a mod and 901/808D to 510 or a 901 to 510 are the same thing. Whether you hit up Mad Vapes or Good Prophets 808D's are sold as a 901. Most places charge way too much for adapters, but GP sells them for .99 which is pretty hard to beat.

I don't have any draw issues, but I guess you could drill out the center hole a little. At .99 get 2 and try drilling one out.

Up until now I have vaped Wowboy in 18mg only. Since they didn't have 18mg, I bought a 36mg and a 0mg to make 2 bottles of 18mg.
They just arrived and the 0mg is clear (like Cowboy) while the 36 is orange. I ASSumed they would be the same color. Do they look right?

Received blank WOW cartomizers...black and red. The red ones have individual plastic wrappers...hope that's discontinued!
Just trying Peppermint in a prefilled 18mg carto....WOW! I wonder if I can handle it! It's like a peppermint patty/hold the chocolate. It feels like I just brushed my teeth. I have to vape this flavor next time I'm in the dentist's chair.
