^^^ @NoFumus is actually a very beautiful Woman -- ( I saw her pic) I don't know why she doesn't use her photo for her avatar -- your current one kinda gives a whole new meaning to "ugly" lol

I'm doing OK today.
When your fighting depression and anxiety is it normal to be tired ?

Sure, it's normal. As far as I understand, fatigue can be part of depression, plus both depression and anxiety can wear people out.

Absolutely normal. I could sleep all day when I'm depressed. I have good meds now though. But every now and then, I'll stay in bed all day. In my pajamas.
Glad you are feeling better.

It's not only normal, it's to be expected. I think maybe our bodies are trying to get us to chill out.

I haven't rested in a week and a half. I have slept my full 8 hours but my mind won't quit.

Well, all that running around being so busy with work and all the other stuff, including long distance late night driving, I'd be surprised if you weren't completely exhausted, so the depression might be only one contributing factor. Glad to hear you're getting enought sleep. That's something very difficult for me.

My mind is constantly racing. I take the over the counter Unisom (generic of course).

Because I see so much at night I can't rest.

I'm not sure what you mean. Maybe you're saying that the sleep you're getting is not quality sleep? My thoughts often race when I try to sleep, but I don't know how it affects the quality when I finally do fall asleep.

My regrets take hold
