At least it did not sound like he was having to carry a board around he was nailed to.
Not as far as we know, but...

I have a similar problem, and it's been a problem throughout most of my life.I just seem to take care of others.
Same here.I have a similar problem, and it's been a problem throughout most of my life.
I wouldn't say that...but with a little prayer and a wad of nic gum I was on fire today! Felt great. Cause it doesn't happen all that often. lolYou must be an SQL queen!
Oh, you'd hate my current situation. I'm still not back to even my normal yet, so the county is sending housekeeping help twice a week. When I had the help once before I always did the dishes myself since their standards are way lower than mine. But at this point in time I still can't stand up long enough to do them myself, so I have to try to ignore the grease and such still on them, or wash them again right before I use them.
Their take on towel folding, etc. is easier to correct once they're gone. I figure maybe it's a plot to make me work even harder at getting back on my feet?
I used to program. And yes it is nice when you are on a roll.I wouldn't say that...but with a little prayer and a wad of nic gum I was on fire today! Felt great. Cause it doesn't happen all that often. lol
@AXIOM_1, when you get back, you are grounded -- for a full week -- from using any tools not in the approved selected below.

I had the same thought but was unsure how to word it. Wondered if you were going for a crucifixion. Glad you are ok. VERY glad.No worries --- I am back to normal err abnormal
I sort of know what Jesus felt like --- plus I think I am getting more 'hole'y![]()
It's great to see you back. We were worried.

Well, they were thorough, weren't they!
Thank you buddy -- no it was not from a nail gun or from a hammer either one.... Believe it or not it was caused from a "string" --- Yes, you read that correctly --- It is too difficult to explain how it happened but just know that it was a very bizarre accident to say the least.

.... a string managed to drive a nail through your hand???
Now you'll have to explain it some day, or I'll spend forever trying to figure out how you could get a nail through your hand using string. It sounds like something out of a Sherlock Holmes mystery.
Let me see if I can explain: There was a nail in the wall about 10 feet off of the ground..... This nail had about 20 feet of twine attached to it. I had been using the twine to help me level things..... Anyway, I wanted to reuse this piece of twine in a different location. But instead of climbing up on a ladder and removing the nail and twine I started pulling in the twine as I figured it would simply pull off of the head of the nail.... But that isn't what happened ---- The nail came flying out of the wall with lightening speed---sort of like what a crossbow would do --- the nail hit me in the hand and went through my hand.
