I'm so sorry you are going through this. It's so difficult when you're down.
Oh, you'd hate my current situation. I'm still not back to even my normal yet, so the county is sending housekeeping help twice a week. When I had the help once before I always did the dishes myself since their standards are way lower than mine. But at this point in time I still can't stand up long enough to do them myself, so I have to try to ignore the grease and such still on them, or wash them again right before I use them.

Their take on towel folding, etc. is easier to correct once they're gone. I figure maybe it's a plot to make me work even harder at getting back on my feet?

I wouldn't say that...but with a little prayer and a wad of nic gum I was on fire today! Felt great. Cause it doesn't happen all that often. lol
I used to program. And yes it is nice when you are on a roll.
My co workers learned to recognize the symptoms and leave me alone.

@AXIOM_1, when you get back, you are grounded -- for a full week -- from using any tools not in the approved selected below.

Tool%20Set_Big%20New.jpg

My parents bought me a toy tool set for my 4th birthday. Being 1964, plastic tools had not yet been invented, so the tools were all quite real. Just small, shoddily made tools painted in pastel colors. I still have the little blue hammer, which is great for tacks.
Mom took the saw away when I started trying to cut things with it. Fortunately, it was a very flimsy crosscut saw that couldn't cut anything harder than a cake. But I was quite capable of scratching the furniture with it.
I broke the rest of the tools, one by one, trying to do real work with them. I do wonder what happened to the tool box, though.

No worries --- I am back to normal err abnormal

I sort of know what Jesus felt like --- plus I think I am getting more 'hole'y :w00t:
I had the same thought but was unsure how to word it. Wondered if you were going for a crucifixion. Glad you are ok. VERY glad.

Thank you buddy -- no it was not from a nail gun or from a hammer either one.... Believe it or not it was caused from a "string" --- Yes, you read that correctly --- It is too difficult to explain how it happened but just know that it was a very bizarre accident to say the least.

Now you'll have to explain it some day, or I'll spend forever trying to figure out how you could get a nail through your hand using string. It sounds like something out of a Sherlock Holmes mystery.

 .... a string managed to drive a nail through your hand???

When you're feeling better, we really would like to hear how it happen. It sounds like a story good enough for a chapter in a Harry Pottter book. :pop:

Let me see if I can explain: There was a nail in the wall about 10 feet off of the ground..... This nail had about 20 feet of twine attached to it. I had been using the twine to help me level things..... Anyway, I wanted to reuse this piece of twine in a different location. But instead of climbing up on a ladder and removing the nail and twine I started pulling in the twine as I figured it would simply pull off of the head of the nail.... But that isn't what happened ---- The nail came flying out of the wall with lightening speed---sort of like what a crossbow would do --- the nail hit me in the hand and went through my hand.

Wow, I wouldn't have seen that coming. You must have pulled REALLY hard on that string.
