AXIOM_1, hope your hand is not hurting you too much and that your meds are holding the pain at bay.

I will shortly have another drink in your honor and give thanks that it's your hand and not mine.

lol -- drink away sister :) -- yeah the old hand is sore but it will heal -- I will probably take it easy for a few days though as it kills me to move my fingers.

thank you sweetie -- it's doing fairly well considering the miserable nail went the entire way through my hand and came out the other side. Thanks for caring, you are a sweetheart for sure.

Did it literally go through, as in the Dr. didn't have to putt it out?

    Edit: ...pull it out?

yeah it enetered between the knuckles on the top of my hand and the tip of it came out my palm  -- It sort of "freaked me out" at first lol

We were a little freaked out too here when it happened, but nothing like you were I'm sure.

Something like that would probably freak me out at first, second, and third.

lol --- yeah it was pretty weird --- but after having the thing sticking in me for awhile while traveling to the croaker, it got less weird and didn't freak me out any longer -- it was just at first when it happened.

I talked to her and she said to stick with it. To drop down to less caffeine and try to go the full 6-8 weeks. She said she's seen it before and sometimes it just happens that it makes you sensitive to caffeine and I should be alright, but if it gets worse or makes me too anxious to let her know. Also, she said once the meds "build up enough" that side effect might go away. She also said to try biotine for the dry mouth? no idea about that one.

That would be amazing. Take your time, and good luck with that beast! :D

    Wet are all different.
But when I went on prozac, and when we tried different doses, I had a really hard time.
It got better. But there were days.... I can tell you, that I could not see the light at the end of the tunnel.
Just know we are all thinking good thoughts for you.
I hope it gets better very soon.

I love Terry Pratchett. [sigh] Death is my favorite literary charcter. I'm sad there will be no new discworld.

Have you read his YA novels. I loved reading Tiffany Aching to my kids.
    Yes!
    I adore his work.
There are 2 adaptations of his books on net fliks. Hog father and .... The post master one.
    (Name? )
His stuff makes me so happy!

Three of his books were done by the BBC (that I"m aware of) Going Postal, Color of Magic, & Hogfather. Maybe it's because I love Death, but Hogfather was my favorite by far. I was happy to see that he was writing until just before his death. The thought of that mind having Alzheimer's was too sad.

    Hi all!
    I'm awake and caught up.
I am sorting my med issues out.
Going to lower the prozac again.
It seems that and straterra can amplify each other.
Well. I'm having bad anxiety attacks.
But the dr put me on muscle relaxers for my back. They help, but I'm sleepy.
I'm glad you are all OK. + or - a hole or two.
    Lol.
    Everyone happy and healthy?
