Why not just give it a try Luke. If it doesn't help, then say the heck with it. But it's worth a try. I'm clinically depressed. Have been for years. My body doesn't make enough serotonin. The citalopram increases the serotonin levels so I can be "normal". It helps me a lot.

I met a lady there that chain smoked and tried to introduce her to vaping. She wasn't very interested. It's sad because she's in her 60's and could barely talk without coughing.
Anyway, I told her about ECF and all the wonderful and supportive people here. I hope she gives it a try.
Once I started vaping, I found it hard to resist the temptation to go up to total strangers and talk up what a better alternative it is. I feel like if they just give vaping a try, they'd be sold. I've never accosted a smoker about vaping, but it's nice how a conversation can start up spontaneously when I run into fellow vapers.
Yeah. It's hard to not BEG them to try. But pushing them too hard will turn them off of the idea. I remember well all the people nagging me to quit smoking. It only made me want to smoke more. I did tell her she didn't have to walk away from me to smoke, because it doesn't bother me. I'll never be a non-smoker Zealot.
Good points, and I agree. I don't feel critical of smokers. Honestly, two years ago I fully expected to be one for the rest of my life, whether I liked it or not.

Never ever thought I'd be happy at 45 watts. Also I'm enjoying peach cruiser by fixxe it is very good and very smooth I can't even taste a hint of pg

I need to try a new juice. Almost out of the blueberry pancake. Peach sounds good.
Fixxe is a 75 vg 25 pg blend though not to sure what your Vaping it on.
I was thinking today and now understand sad. Scared Alone Depressed. I dunno I'm just feeling Meh right now and some Dexter and chatrooms sounds like a good plan.
