Here's an
easy one from Rip Trippers. There are some more elaborate builds involving full disassembly of the atomizer head but, in general, Nautilus heads are among the hardest to rebuild. Frankly, if you are interested in rebuilding get an RBA.
Kayfun clones can be had for under $17 (not the best of them but certainly useable).
The one from FastTech is very nicely manufactured and goes for a meager $25 with free shipping. Much better than the other one (I have both; the $17 one doesn't come with the SS middle section and are prone to leaking unless very properly maintained and filled).
Kanthal 28 is way to large to rebuild these attys. My rebuilds are either done with 36 (double coil). For single coil 32 is OK. You can drill the largest (1.9mm) hole up to 2.4mm but it's tricky. I have avoided this as I usually go for one of the middle ones; 2nd or 3d.
PS, I also have a couple of Nautilus and Aerotanks —
the latter are much better.
