@drysproket If they over tighten from the top of the mod they will. Ive experienced this in the nautilus and Kabuki with the bvc getting stuck in the wrong end. At times Ive over/under tightening on purpose so I could put more juice in than if the coil came out with the base.

Good on Todd for mentioning it. You'll want to make sure to tighten the coil into the chamber good, while not over tightening from the top, because in the case of the Plato getting the coil out of the base could be a pain in the ..... But like with Todd, once this happens to someone I bet they make sure it doesnt happen again. :D

I'm down. I absolutely love my Nebox (guess I got lucky, never had a leak on mine with OCC or SSOCC coils). Only thing that keeps me from ordering another is the capacity. This is slightly smaller with a lower juice capacity. I fill the Nebox to the brim with an ADV and carry a Subox with juices I change up frequently I burn out on. This would allow me to have two compact all in once devices. Next payday I am preordering one. But just to confirm this takes established Aspire coils and not new stuff correct?

You can use Nautilus, Triton, and specially made Cleito coils for the Plato. Standard Cleito coils won't work.

Awesome thanks! Now to do some research on what the better coil is between Triton and Cleito. I've exclusively Kanger OCC for quite some time. Have no clue on Aspire stuff these days.

Heres the cheapest price Ive found, which includes free shipping. It doesnt come with the 18650 battery, which a lot of people wont need. Ive never ordered from them before, but they are located in Michigan, so shipping would be quick for a lot of folks in the US. Unless they take forever to get them in Ill probably go with them.

"Charlz, thanks for the first look video. But I think you should mention in threads like this that you're a moderator on the Aspire message board. Your opinion is still valid of course, but by not mentioning it, this feels a bit too close to promotion in my view.

I was truly surprised when I realized that you were the same person that I've debated with in threads over on Aspire. I'm not accusing you of any bias, or anything of the sort- (I do believe that you love them with your very soul) but I want to ensure that this forum stays completely neutral, and I feel like it needs to be said out loud by anyone who has anything close to a conflict of interest. Just my two cents.

On the topic of the mod, it does look even nicer than expected. The tab idea for filling is interesting; please do let us know if you experience any leaks (that's my one real worry at this point since they're push/pull.)"

Well if you watch any of my other reviews on Aspire gear I am totally unbiased. You can find them all on youtube. I tell what I like and don't like about the gear. It's my opinion and the fact that I am a moderator on the Aspire forum doesn't mean that I have to admit that fact outright. People will think right off the bat that I am making more of an advertisement than a review if I do. Nobody in their right mind will buy a product because of one review anyway. If they have any brains they will watch as many as possible to get better insight. That's my story and I'm sticking to it! BTW, not one leak so far on the Plato. I have managed to flood the original1.8ohm BVC coil a few times until I changed it to a 1.8ohm clapton and all is well.

That is a good price for a US vendor. :thumb:

I see Focalecig is having a 10% of sale with the code: BUNNY.
That would make it $45.00. Have you received a shipping notice for yours yet? If Focal has them in stock I should just order it now.
Its hard to know for sure with the Chinese warehouses if they have it in stock or if your still just pre ordering.

I just found out weather gold is coming out next week. That's why I haven't received a ship notice yet.

From Aspire's FB page:
Dear ‪#‎aspirePlato‬ fans, the Plato has been started delivery from yesterday, the rose gold, pink, lavender, blue, grey and black ones are available now. And the extra white and weathered gold ones will be available for delivery next week!
