I see all the DIY parts at madvapes but I dont know / want to put it together.. Does anyone sell them ready to vape?

Wags makes 14500 and 10440 box mods with recessed atty connectors, which shortens the overall length of the device a bit. Also, these mods come with a battery and charger, so they're quite a bit cheaper than many of the other offerings if you don't have those already.
