Has anyone tried using the Diver as a dripping atomizer outside of a tank using a drip shield (like a 901 dripping atomizer)? Does anyone know if this is or isn't feasible?

I can try it once mine show up in the next few days, but not too sure if that's gonna work out too well based on the flange... definitely worth a try though.

both of mine are here now, got the first one up and running, ran half a tank of 50/50 through it so far, and just pulled it frim the tank. it is slightly over feeding, so gets a bit gurgly after use and drips a bit through the brass connector if left to sit a moment. not sure if I'm just pulling to hard, or if i did something else wrong yet. gonna set up the other and see if i have better results.

wicks are cut just above the threading, and ar perpendicular to the juice hole, and it doesn't look like the wick is touching the post. draw feels a bit tighter than expected but just like a boge.

I'll report back after setting up the second!

It works very well as a dripping atomizer, and for me it's the perfect dripping atomizer. I like to change juices often and in my opinion the taste is better then the Cisco atties I have. The only thing you need to do is to cover the hole, I'm using a condom from an old cartomizer. You could use some tape or maybe some J-wraps or Skinz.

I have a couple of rebuildable dripping atomizers and I really don't care for them. I don't care about the atomizer holding 15 or 20 drops, I prefer 4 to 6 drops. Like I said I switch juices often, although I have 2 I vape all the time. I'm also trying to mix my own and this atomizer is perfect for testing new mixes.

I think I may order another one just keep as a dripping atomizer and perhaps see if I can get a tube without a hole.

Got my package on the way out the door for work. I got one of the Divers set up in a tank and just waiting for me to use it. I'll be trying it out with NLV Gold so I hope it works, Gold has been disappointing for me in anything other than a cartomizer.

crazy how much some juices change in different delivery methods. What are you using the diver in?

I'm using it in a 22mm tank from IBTanked. It works flawlessly with Gold. No dry hits and no flooding with the wick/coil that it came with. I cut one side of the wicks close to the cup and I left the other side long and pushed it up into the body. I'm in love with these Divers and can't wait to get the other one going.

I think the Diver will end up getting a lot of use for me because I use mostly cartos...though the Terminators are taking over as well. I think I'll be buying another two Divers until I run out of cartos then possibly two to four more. I really don't like being excited about something because it makes me spend too much money...haha.

LOL . . . You and I envision the very same scheme. I have 11 cartotanks. Usually, 4 to 6 are filled for my daily rotation. I don't consider my RBAs and RDAs to be user friendly, during the day, when out and about. However, the Diver is so portable.

Yup...and I'm a little weird...I think that my carto tanks get mad at me if they aren't filled up and ready to go. Same thing with mods...if I haven't used them in a day or two I feel guilty. Hrmm...maybe I'll keep some cartos around for the 25mm tanks on the Silver Bullets and just use the Divers for the 22mm tanks on everything else.
