Pls Kat keep us inform about it because i think that we have the old ring.
As i already mentioned with the BB we received ~October, we test the Diver and work fine we both pin versions. Didn't notice any major difference

I'm buying a second tank for my BB, I'll pick up a new brass nut for you so you can test it.

Edit: Bah, out of stock. I'll purchase when it is available again.

This week does not want to cooperate with me.

Think I'm going to have to resort to opening up the wick slots in the ceramic cup, even with hemp I'm having to reduce the length of my normal draw and still getting the occasional dry hit.

1st attempt at opening up the slots ended miserably, broken cup :( will try again tomorrow...

My experience so far...

Brass ring v1, Diver pin v2: leaks when juice is at level of slots. I cannot tell where leak is coming from, as it's everywhere.

Brass ring v2, Diver pin v1: at level of juice slots, thick film of juice on sides and back of tank. NO juice on bottom of tank, or in 510 Diver connection. Lots of juice inside of brass ring and around the o-ring.

Currently testing Diver pin v1 in BB tank outside of BB on my Provari. Vaped about a quarter of a tank last night. No leaks. Took it off the Provari, and set tank on it's left side (as viewed from the clear side) on a paper towel. No leaks.

I decided not to take this FrankenTank to work, but I did set it upright, supported so it would not tip over, on a paper towel...

Next Thursday 14.00 GMT Diver will be available again. This time will be available the Grail V2 (which is almost the same with V1) and all the Diver parts individual. Also they will be available ready coils, joined wires and all the pins versions.
We apologize for the small delay, but this time we tried to manufacture larger quantities to avoid availability problems

Interesting.. While I don't have my BB yet, I have been using Divers since early on in the V1 days..

Looking at the BB and Diver combo the only place I can see the diver being at fault for leaks is if it's coming from the center pin. If the BB tank is leaking on the sides and the back then that sounds like a tank leak issue.. Sure the diver could be contributing some kind of voodoo pressure imbalance but would the tank not be considered the culprit?

All assumptions on my parts since I don't have the BB yet..

Diver v2 using the v1 pin, there is no way it is coming from the Diver or the bottom of the tank (in case there was a seal issue with the bottom hole of the tank). Every time I remove the tank, juice film is on the back, but the bottom of the tank, and the Diver 510 and pin are completely dry.

Try installing the coil above the cup. With the v2, the positioning of the coil is very forgiving than in the v1 Diver.

I don't have issues with cotton ball, I install the coil inside the cup, which gives the coil more structural support when rewicking with cotton - the cup holds the coil in place as you apply shearing force pulling the new cotton through.

But I have used the v2 with the coil sitting on top of the upper rim of the cup when I was using 28g R, building a huge coil at nearly 3.0 ohms for my BB.

This way, you can use more wick, nd not have it choke on the small inlets at the top of the cup.

When I 1st started reading about the issue my 1st though was condensation... You know heat and air kinda thing but if it's juice then I'd think the tank is the issue and not the Diver..

Can't wait to get mine and test it all out..

Akdare pls allow me to confirm that you dont close with your hand the BB side holes and also that the upper tank o-ring is tight.
If so pls make me a favor: is it possible to put the upper tank o-ring down and the opposite and check again its behavior?

I always hold the BB with the air holes out, away from my palm...brand new o-rings 2 tanks ago...

So are you asking for me to switch the o-rings? In other words, put the one that's currently in the top slot in the bottom slot, and vice versa?

Or, set the tank on a towel with the upper o-ring side down?

Switch the o-rings and tell me when do you have time to give me some English lessons

Doesn't matter, we're still gonna make fun of you!

Ok, will do...I have time for English lessons anytime for you, my friend...but only if I get Greek lessons in return.

The only Greek I know is on a menu in a restaurant.
