FYI it's not the material, it's the version. There is a v1 in brass, and there is a v2 in brass or SS. I would go for the v1 in brass for a BB.
Thank you Kat for the info. I have just had another look on the site and the ss v2 is the only option available both with the Diver and as a spare at the moment, so I will wait until the brass v1 is available again.
Billet Box is perfect using the intended carto's but I miss building coils and wicking (would you believe!) so Diver would give me that hands on experience back, together with improved flavour that only cotton micro coils, in my opinion, deliver.
Yes, in a couple of days it will be available again in Diver options also as a spare product
I finally rebuilt my EVIVA last night with the ceramic cup and the flavor is definitely better. Not a huge difference but definitely noticeable. I will be keep it in there from now on. I thought it would also quiet down the noise of the air flow but it's still pretty loud. Can't really stealth vape at my desk.
Strike could you pls try to put your coil in higher position inside the ceramic

For me the difference between ceramic cup and the ss replacement is noticeable (better with the ceramic cup) but i always was a ceramic up lover
Noise was not an issue in my case, just a little hissssh from the airflow but not something that i can say that bothered me .
Of course if i am in a room and is full quiet......i notice the airflow when i vape, but only then.
Maybe you can check that the air channel is free, sometimes wick is getting in places you cannot imagine..... i found some wick in my dishwasher
Try with a small needle to pass it through from one hole to the other (the 2 airflow holes at the bottom of the base ).
I mean it's not like it's making crazy noises I just think it's the loudest out of all my attys that's all. I don't think there's anything wrong with it but like maik356 said if it's quiet, like how it is at my work, it's louder than my other attys and my cube mates hear it very well vs. the others. Which makes it harder for me to stealth vape at work. I'll take it fully apart one of these days and clean out underneath the deck and see if it will make any difference but I think that's just the way it is. I'm not going to stop using it because of the louder airy hissssssssss noise I was just making an observation compared to what I have experience with other attys.

I just checked with my Eviv-T. The air noise, for me, is dependent upon how hard I suck. My normal draw produces the same or less than any other atty I use. If I pull harder then I get a noticable noise.
Because of the national holiday we have here in Greece, only for this Monday DHL and registered post will not accept orders.
