LOL.. Ya I guess it's want since I have 4 Divers right now..
i hear ya man. i have a phiniac that went out for delivery this morning thats going to house my flangeless. getting worried though.. the juice i recieved today went out at 8:48 am for delivery same time as the phiniac! hopefully phiniac requires a sig and thats why i didnt get it same time as the juice... if it doesn't show up in the next hour i'll be freakin out.
I hate to tell you but Phiniac doesn't require a signature. If your tank wasn't a custom or special order you should receive it in 3 business days. Has it been more than that?
it was a special order but, it was in town today and went out for delivery at the same exact time as my ejuice did and i recieved my juice, no tank though. its now almost 6pm here and it still hasn't arrived. really starting to wonder what the heck happened to it.... be my luck and canada post lost it! but maybe it was just misplaced and it will show up tomorrow.

thx, me too. if it is indeed mia i wonder what my recourse is... probably just have to eat the loss. man that would suck! not just the money but another 2 and a half week wait... i'm so looking forard to seeing my rotty tank with his name on it! been like a kid at xmas ever since i ordered it.
If it's any comfort at all, I have had packages show "Out for delivery" and somehow not show up for a day or two, at which point the tracking will show it was scanned again at the nearest delivery facility and then go out for delivery a second time. My guess is that the package is on the truck, but the truck simply doesn't make it to you before quitting time.
I know it's pretty heart-wrenching, believe me, but I don't think it's cause to panic just yet... Granted the fact that you DID receive another package today is pretty strange... But one must be positive when they are at the mercy of Canada Post.

If the pkg doesn't come tomorrow I would take the tracking number to your local PO and ask then to find your pkg. It's their responsibility.

yes, if it doesn't come today i'll most definately be going to the PO and have them find it! this is just NOT acceptable. i want my tank damn it
well, i'm GUTTED! according to canada post it was delivered yesterday but, was not. called CP and they say i have to contact the vendor to make a claim... i'm beside myself! so disapointed! sorry guys, i know this has nothing to do with anything diver related...
Oh no! I'm really sorry to hear this. I hope you've contacted Phiniac right away. They will get on it.
thanks tm. yes, it's a real bummer. i sent phiniac a email a couple hours ago, waiting to hear back from them. when i contacted canada post they said the vendor has to take action, nothing i can do on my end... even cornered (so to speak) the mail man today and he said he only put one pakage in my mailbox yesterday so, it went missing somewhere from the time it hit the main post office and it was supposed to be delivered. maybe the mail guy recognized the Phiniac name and grabbed it for himself haha, never know

So if you're ever sending vape mail to/from canada.... Don't use the post!! Use a REAL shipping carrier!
i've never had an issue with USPS yet. they got my tank to canada, freakin canada post lost it....
