I used to have an AMP tank (that I sold after receiving my first two Divers) and I held on to the 510 atomizer tube extender. I used to use cartomizers with 19mm XL tanks (that went well with my Provari) but I now use 22mm standard tanks with my Divers and mechanical mods. I really like the smaller form factor of the standard tank now, but I think I'll have to break out an XL tube and try the choke.

I love the Diver! 95% of the time I'm using a Diver. I love how it looks and how it performs. Although perhaps daunting at first, I can practically build it with my eyes closed now.

I dont feel so much difference to a good silica setup, but of course, its a little bit more steam
but I am lazy - and its now very simple to replace the cotton without damaging the coil

Question:

At about a half of a tank through using the Scuba/Diver combo, I'm getting a bit of gurgling and the flavor has changed.

Any ideas?

One possible reason for gurgling at the half of the tank and lower, is that the wicks are a bit shorter than they should be.
When you say change in taste, you mean burn taste?
